Recently CBSE (Central Bord of Secondary Education) has announced for the NEET 2017 Entrance Exam. The exam will be conducted on 7th May 2017 for the admission of MBBS/BDS Course 2017-18 session. NEET Application Forms are now available on the official page. Those who still thinking to apply kindly submit till 1st March 2017.  Now the postulants have to fill the Adhaar Card Number for the better verification process of the individuals. The necessities of the Aadhaar Act and Regulations under the Act have come into effect from 14th of September 2016 and notifications to this effect have been published in the Official Gazette. The Use of Aadhaar Card for the applicants of CBSE NEET 2017 will result in the accuracy of the candidate’s details like name, address, gender, father’s name, mother’s name etc. This will also help in ascertaining the character of the postulants at the examination centres in a peaceful & calm manner.

Requirement of Adhaar Card in NEET 2017 Application Process:

The CBSE Board has decided to use Aadhaar Card for the aspirants of NEET (UG) 2017 here is some important points as follows:-

  1. The use of Aadhaar Card in NEET Registration 2017 for the result in the accuracy of the candidate’s personal details.
  2. The Aadhaar Card obviates the need for producing multiple documents to prove single identity.
  3. Under the provisions of the Aadhaar Act and Regulations, it has come into effect from Sept 2016 and notifications to this effect has been released in the Official Gazette.
  4. In section 57 of the Aadhaar Act, 2016 permits the use of Aadhaar Card Number for maintaining the identity of applicants for any purpose.

How to Apply for CBSE NEET 2017 Medical/Dental Course Without Adhaar Card?

Postulant who has not yet enrolled for Aadhaar Card are required to submit the form for Aadhaar enrolment in case they entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section iii of Aadhaar Act, such applicant may visit any Aadhaar enrollment centre to get register for Aadhaar Card.

If the particulars (name, address, date of birth, gender etc do not match, those will not be able to fill the application form for NEET MBBS Entrance 2017. So, the aspirants are advised to ensure that their AADHAAR card has correct details as per school/academic records.

  • The applicants who are not having Adhaar Card, the CBSE has specifically set up centres in each city of examination for the purpose of Aadhaar enrollment. The candidates can visit such facilitation centres who will not charge any amount from any applicant (work for free) for Aadhaar Card enrollment.   • Competitors who have enrolled for Aadhaar Card but have not received yet,  They should have enter 28 digits Aadhaar Card Enrollment ID printed the slip at the time of filling online application form for CBSE NEET MBBS Admission 2017
  • Aspirants of J&K, Assam & Meghalaya need to fill the passport number, bank account number, ration card number or any other valid Government Identity Number.
